We know firsthand how difficult it is getting a sales team together for training – which is why we strategically designed ALL our modules to be adaptable, in order to build a program that will maximize the learning experience as well as the effectiveness of the material for each individual client – regardless of their logistical difficulties (e.g. reps in the field, other offices etc.)
Whether it’s a half day course covering one topic (minimum), 3 full days split-up in 3 weeks, or 5 full days in a row – you tell us what will work best for your team and our agenda will ALWAYS be built around YOUR agenda.

Since all content & materials are tailored to YOUR industry & sales cycle and each training module can be shortened or lengthened based on timing & budget parameters – allowing us to design and deliver a truly customizable training experience for each individual client we partner with.
Note: Due to the importance Behavioral Science has to our selling process, we require, at least a condensed version, of the topics within our “Setting the Table” performance module.

Our highly interactive, classroom-format, program dives deep into each layer of the selling process and is designed to teach, even the most senior & successful salespeople, new strategies and techniques for improving sales performance. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ training – EVERYTHING is tailored to your parameters.
TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS:
Building camaraderie is an essential part of turning a sales team into a sales FORCE! We facilitate a customized training course with topics of your choosing, along with handling all the logistics behind the various activities offered (e.g. wine tasting, cooking class, beer brewing, wilderness survival, photography 101).

Letting EBA evaluate your current sales processes prior to an agreement, allows us to work as a team to DIAGNOSE needs and formulate a strategic plan around what topics will provide the most value to your team.
Throughout our training, we place a conscious focus on delivering a highly interactive program. Brainstorming, role-plays, and games are all utilized to facilitate a productive & effective learning experience.
There’s zero “fluff” in any of our programs – we get right down to business and provide our clients with tools, strategies, and knowledge they can start using immediately.
Our “cheat sheet library” contains leave-behind overviews which provide reps with all the key takeaways from training. This lets salespeople better focus on the material & interaction during the session itself (opposed to scribbling down notes) while proving additional guidance by giving them reference material to use as needed in the future (e.g. preparing a pitch, question strategy, anticipating objections etc.) You can often find these documents hung-up in the cubes/offices of our client partners.
NEW HIRE ADJUSTMENTS:
The strategies we teach will be quite a bit more advanced than other sales models/training, as they were specifically designed to provide the most value to more experienced/high performing reps – HOWEVER, we love training those new in their sales career, so we also created versions that are more appropriate for organizations & individuals who need a program focused on “sales 101” material and entry-level sales strategy.
Note: one of EBA’s most common consulting services is providing our clients with expert guidance, along with the necessary resources needed, for building out and/or improving their current sales onboarding/training processes.
